If you have requested the transfer but still have not heard back from us, you are reading the right post. There can be several reasons why your transfer has not yet been validated.
- You have requested the transfer less than 15 working days ago. The usual validation process lasts from 3 to 15 working days. If this is your case, all is in order and our team will review it within this timeline. Once the transfer is reviewed, you will receive an email notification about it.
- The transfer contained errors and we could not validate it as is. If this is your case, you will have received an email notification from us with details to help you fix the form before resending it.
If you believe you might be having trouble receiving our emails, you can also obtain the latest status on your transfer by accessing your homepage> “Send the funds”. There, you will see the latest details on your transfer, and if anything needs to be corrected it will be mentioned there.
